A quieter build
up to Eid holidays has seen fewer vessels (than previous weeks) committed and
most buyers choosing to lay low, either being off on pilgrimage or enjoying a
well deserved breather having led the market for so long in the third quarter.
Despite many of
the hot buyers having acquired tonnage at decent rates of late, it will be
interesting to see how the Pakistan market opens up after Eid, as clearly a
demand still exists (even from the second and third tier buyers) to import,
however, only for the right type of vessels.
