Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. Announces Sale of Capesize Vessel for demolition:

ATHENS, GREECE, Jul 17, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (the "Company") /quotes/zigman/5636992/quotes/nls/ship SHIP -4.05% announced today the sale of the BET Fighter, a 173,149 dwt Capesize drybulk vessel, built in 1992 at a gross price of US$9,107,455. The vessel was sold for demolition and was delivered to its new owners yesterday. The Company used the proceeds to reduce debt.

Following the completion of sale of the BET Fighter, the Company's fleet consists of ten Handysize, two Supramax, three Panamax and two Capesize dry bulk carriers with an average age of 13.6 years.
