DIVEST Ship Dismantling DECISION MAKING QUESTIONNAIRE:

INTRODUCTORY NOTE ABOUT THE RESEARCH

Decision making within any organisation is a complex process that involves thinking about and analysing many factors in order to achieve a result that is beneficial in a certain time period. In this questionnaire our aim is to investigate the main factors that decision makers use and their importance in the ship dismantling industry. THE QUESTIONNAIRE Your participation in this research is voluntary and strictly confidential. No individual will be referred to or associated with any of the research findings and the responses to the questionnaire will remain entirely protected. Please take some time to read each question carefully and check the option that is closest to your views. Choose your answer by a Tick mark and add text wherever necessary. The questionnaire consists of 18 questions which should not take longer than 20 minutes to complete.
