  • Training and consulting for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 30000 & OHSAS 18001 by extensive site visits at ship recycling yards with yard teams & ensuring that yard is elevated to compliance level of these international management system certifications.
  • Suggesting green ship recycling design and site specific yard layouts which include placement of
  • Regular maintenance of management system certification
  • Regular maintenance of infrastructure facilities
  • Regular training for implementation of green ship recycling practices

Model Yard Facilities

Model yard facilities guided by Netpeckers in Bangladesh include development as below:

  • In house Hazardous waste storage in yards
  • In house Asbestos abatement facility complying to US EPA norms
  • Fire pumps & UL / NFPA grade fire fighting options
  • Water tanks
  • Oil collection units to avoid land contamination

  • Suggesting technological options for explosive and toxic gas detection on board and yard
