competitive prices, followed closely by their Pakistani neighbours. Bangladeshi
breakers continue to refrain from any activity, as the backlog of vessels
already in cash buyers hands combined with breakers over-filled quotas have
driven prices to plummet. Finally, despite a hopeful start, the Chinese market seems
to once more stagnate, tempting pacific based tonnage to head towards the subcontinent.
